St. Vincent Sports Performance Clinics
St. Vincent Sports Performance, the official sports medical provider for CRC, is offering two opportunities to make you a better athlete this off-season.
First is a 12 week off season strength program for endurance athletes. Beginning the first week of December, this program starts with a functional movement assessment by Dr. Arnold and our rehab team and then based on that information athlete receives corrections and our strength coach Brandon Johnson designs your program. The class meets 2x/week on Monday and Wednesday morning and progresses throughout the 12 weeks. Click here for more info!
Also being offered is a FREE triathlon clinic January 25, 2020 for endurance athletes, led by Dr. Corrigan. While some is triathlon specific, much can be applied to runners and any endurance or multi-sport athlete. Check out more info here!
New Sat Start Time!
With shorter days comes a new start time for our Sat runs. Starting Sat November 2, we will begin our runs at 8:00AM.
